Gardening

Spent the day at Anita and Johns doing their large garden - a regular bit of work which I can roll into seeing Jane and Mum.

FOD blast

William and myself joined Luke and Nic for a fabulous double ride around the FOD trails.  First it was the Freeminers - a red trail with lots of climbing and downhills.  Second it was the Verderers - a blue trail which is a wonderful free flowing trail.  Last night it was a games evening at Nic and Charlotte's where I played Poker for the first time.   Thank you all.

Last week.

I packed in quite a lot last week. On Sunday I went up to see Jane and Richard, on Monday I dropped in to see see Anita and John. on Tuesday night it was a Life Drawing class, Thursday night I joined Cotswold Savoyards to see if I can sing (this is right out my comfort zone, they sing Gilbert and Sullivan quicker than I can read a book - I'll keep trying) and Friday night it was 'Yoga '.  William is back for a week which is lovely.

Jane and Richard

After another difficult week Jane and Richard came down for the day. We had a lovely walk over Painswick Beacon and a fabulous fish and chip supper.

Cycle Ride

After a strange week where I slumped a little - as I've said before it takes you by surprise, today I went for a great cycle ride with the Leckhampton Cycle group - two and hours taking in areas I'd never been before.

Exeter

Spent a lovely weekend at Jonathan and Melissa's.  On Saturday we went for a walk and watched Gloucester play Exeter Chiefs on the TV.  On Sunday we explored the local tracks on our mountain bikes - a three and a quarter hour tour.  I'm worn out!
